Making the logo for Chicago's Radio Islam more meaningful & visually appealing

Okay, but can your logo adapt for use across a range of different formats?

Yep, I've taken care of that. After all, one of the measures of a good logo is how well it can adapt across different mediums.
Okay, that's all great, but will it make people want to tune in?

Well, I like the new logo but when we make something we tend to associate a confirmation bias to it because we've invested our precious time, energy, creativity and emotions into making it. We want it to work so bad, we'll say it does - even when it doesn't.

So, to remove any bias, I conducted a poll of 107 diverse individuals, showing them both logos side by side and asking them which one they'd want to tune into. Here's how they voted:

That being said, nothing can replace the value of good content. I mean I can get them to try your channel out, but from there it's up to you to create content that keeps them coming back.
